摘    要:目的:考察不同的pH值磷酸缓冲溶液,以及加入EDTA—Na2或/和PVP的酶提取体系对丹参抗氧化酶活性的影响。方法:使用不同pH值的磷酸缓冲溶液考察了丹参SOD、CAT、POD酶活性在冷冻前后10d的差异;在最优的pH值磷酸缓冲溶液中加入不同物质考察SOD、CAT、POD的活性差异。结果:使用0.05mol·L^-1,pH值为7.0的磷酸缓冲溶液,内含0.1mmol·L^-1 EDTA—Na2,1%(w/v)聚乙烯毗咯烷酮(PVP)作为提取体系,检测SOD酶、CAT酶和POD酶活性获得的数据较优。

Abstract:Objective:Investigate phosphate buffer solution (PBS)with different pH and enzyme extraction system on the activity of the antioxidant enzymes system in Salvia miltiorrhiza. Methods: Examine the activities of SOD, CAT and POD which are extracted by PBS with different pH before and after storing in freezer for 10 days. Add EDTA- Na2 and polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP) in the PBS with optimal pH to investigate the activities of SOD, CAT and POD. Results:PBS with pH 7. 0 which contains 0. 1 mmol·L^-1 EDTA-Na2 and 1% PVP is the optimal extraction system.
