| 摘 要： | 目的：建立半边莲配方颗粒的薄层鉴别方法。方法：采用薄层色谱法对半边莲配方颗粒进行定性鉴别。结果：薄层色谱法可以鉴别半边莲配方颗粒中的特征性斑点。结论：方法可行，重复性好，能有效地控制半边莲配方颗粒的质量。

| Abstract: | Objective： Identification was established for Lobelia chromatography was used in identification of Lobelia chinensis Granule. chinensis Granule. Methods： The thin-layer Results： The characteristic spots in Lobelia chinensis Granule were identified by TLC. Conclusion：The method is practicable and repeatable. It can be adopted as a standard for the qualitv control of Lobelia chinensis Granule. |
