摘    要:目的:确定丹参药材的最佳提取工艺。方法:以丹参酮ⅡA和丹酚酸B的含量转移率为综合考察指标,用正交设计试验对丹参提取工艺条件进行优选。结果:丹参中脂溶性成分的最佳提取工艺为将丹参饮片用10倍量95%乙醇提取2h,提取液在40℃浓缩至规定量;丹参中水溶性成分的最佳提取工艺为用8倍量50%乙醇提取3次,第1次2h,其余2次各1h,将3次提取液在40℃浓缩至规定量;对两种工艺进行优化,结合实际生产得出最佳提取工艺为先用95%乙醇8倍量提取2h,残渣加8倍量50%乙醇提取2次,第1次2h,第2次1h,提取液分别在40℃浓缩至规定密度。结论:此工艺不仅能够充分提取丹参中的有效成分,减少在提取过程中有效成分的破坏,而且可以更好地发挥药物疗效,保证质量。

Abstract:Objective: To determine the best extraction process for Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge.. Methods: The content shift rates of tanshinone IIA and salvianolic acid B, as the evaluating indictors in orthogonal experimental design, were applied to value the process. with 10 times 95 % ethanol for 2 hours, and the extraction was enriched at 40 ℃ ; the optimum extraction process for water-soluble ingredients was with 8 times 50 % ethanol for three times, 2 hours for the first, and 1 hour for the second and third respectively, then the solution was concentrated to the requirement at 40 ℃. According to the need of manufacture, the optimum extraction process was determined with 8 times 95 % ethanol for 2 hours, and, the residue was with 8 times 50 % ethanol for two times with 2 and 1 hour respectively. The extractions were concentrated at 40 ℃. Conclusion: The active ingredients were extracted fully with this process and were not damaged, for assure quality.
