| 摘 要： | 目的：建立HPLC测定通络痹痛丸中天麻素的含量。方法：色谱柱：Diamonsil C18（4．6mm×250mm，5μm），流动相：LN-0．3％磷酸溶液（1：99），流速：0．8mL·min^-1，检测波长：221nm，柱温：35℃，进样量：10μL。结果：天麻素在5．0-251．6μg·mL^-1内呈良好的线性关系（r=0．9999），平均回收率为99．02％（n=6），RSD=1．4％。结论：本方法简便、准确、重现性好，可用于通络痹痛丸的质量控制。

| Abstract: | Objective： To establish a HPLC method for determination of Gastrodin in Tongluo bitong pills. Methods： The Diamonsil Cls column （4. 6 mm x250 mm, 5μm） was used. The mobile phase was acetonitrile- 0. 3 % phosphoric acid （ 1 ： 99 ） . The flow rate was 0. 8 mL·min^-1. The detection wavelength was at 221 nm and column temperature was 35℃. Results： The linear range of gastrodin was 5.0 - 251.6μg·mL^-1 （ r = 0. 999 9） . The average recovery rate was 99. 02 % and RSD = 1.3 % （n = 6 ） Conclusion： This method is simple, accurate and reproductive. |
