菊花显微特征常数与化学成分相关性研究

摘    要:目的:探讨菊花的显微特征常数与其化学成分的相关性。方法:采用容量分析方法测定菊花粉末中的花粉粒的显微特征常数值,采用高效液相法对菊花中指标性成分绿原酸进行含量测定,用统计方法对得到的两组数据进行相关性分析。结果:菊花中花粉粒的显微特征常数与绿原酸含量呈中相关,且为正相关。结论:测定菊花的显微特征常数值,可作为其药材质量控制的手段之一。

Abstract:Objective: Discussion of the microscopic characteristics of chrysanthemi flos constant chemical composition and its relevance. Methods: Determination of the capacity analysis of chrysanthemi flos powder pollen number of the microscopic characteristics and the use of HPLC chrysanthemi flos of indicators of the chemical constituents chlorogenic acid, statistical methods used to obtain two sets of data for correlation analysis. Results: Chrysanthemi flos powder pollen and the microscopic characteristics chlorogenic acid significant content related to each other. Conclusion:Determination of the microscopic characteristics of chrysanthemi flos constant value, its ingredients can be used as a means of quality control.
