| 摘 要： | 目的：建立维吾尔药玫瑰花口服液的紫外指纹图谱。方法：采用紫外可见吸收光谱法，通过计算样品紫外光谱与多个对照样品紫外光谱的相似度并求出平均值，依据该平均值与阈值的比较对样品质量进行评价。结果：紫外光谱相似度能敏感反映谱图间的差异，该方法能够快速、准确地反映玫瑰花口服液的质量状况。结论：根据紫外指纹图谱可实现对玫瑰花口服液的质量控制。

| Abstract: | Objective：To set up the ultraviolet fingerprint spectrum of rose oral liquid. Methods： The sample quality was evaluated according to average value of similarity of UV - spectra between sample with each of standard samples, and comparing with threshold value. Results： The calculated similarity with the established method is sensitive to show difference between different sample, ultraviolet fingerprint spectrum reflected quality of Rose Oral Liquid exactly and quickly. Conclusion： The established method can be used to evaluate quality of the Rose Oral Liquid. |
