| Abstract: | According to the five competitive forces model posed by Michael Porter,it is going to analyze the five competitive forces within the health care industry and then single out the key points which strongly influence the hospital strategy jointly point out the competition situation and development trend of health care industry so as to help hospitals make right strategies and survive through the tough competition. |
