| 摘 要： | 以单剂硝苯啶10mg,舌下含用,治疗重度高血压(舒张压>15.3kPa)者40例,其中男21,女19;年龄61±SD6yr;病程17±6yr;用药后30min血压平均下降6.6/4.2kPa(P<0.01);心率增快10±5次/min;另外对30例患者用硝苯啶10-20mg,po,维持治疗共3mo;40例患者总有效率100％,显效率80％。不良反应轻微。

| Abstract: | Forty patients(M21, F19;age 61+SD6yr) with advanced hyperten-sion were tteated withnifedipine 10 mg single dose sublingually and ambng them 30 patients then were followed with 10-20mg, tid, po for 3 mo. Thirty minutes after sublingual treatment, the lowering of blood pressure attained 6.6/4.2kPa(50/32 mmHg) P<0.01; heart rate was increased 10+5bpm (P<0.01).The total response rate was 100% and the marked effect was 80%. Adverse reactions were mild. |
