| 摘 要： | 目的：观察脉冲激光去除皮肤文饰的效果和特殊性，探讨不同部位皮肤文饰对治疗的反应。方法：采用Ｑ开关Ｄｄ：ＹＡＧ（波长为１０６４ｎｍ）激光器对６０例文眉、文眼线、上臂文身进行观察治疗。结果：此方法有效率达１００％，且操作简单，无痛苦，结论：Ｑ开关Ｎｄ：ＹＡＧ（波长１０６４ｎｍ）激光去除黑色文身效果好。

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the effect and particularity of removing tattoos by Q-switched Nd:YAG(1064)pulse Laser,and to study the different reactions to the treatment on different regions of the body Methods:60 cases tattoos on eyeline,eyebrow and upper extremity were treated with Q-switched Nd:YAG(wave length:Q 755,Q 1064,Q 532, VPW532) Results:These methods can remove or diminish black or blue tattoos apparently Not only is efficiency 100%,But also operation is easy,no pain Conclusions:There are good effect on black or blue tattoos with Q switched Nd:YAG(1064)pluse laser |
