胫骨近端粉碎性骨折36例外科治疗

目的探讨胫骨近端粉碎性骨折的外科治疗。方法临床治疗36例胫骨近端粉碎性骨折患者,全部采用切开复位异形钢板内固定,一期修复膝关节内部损伤。结果术后平均随访时间平均24±12月,骨折痊愈无并发症,采用Lysholm膝关节功能评定,优28例、良6例、可2例。结论胫骨近端粉碎性骨折多伴有膝关节紊乱,临床诊断和处理时要引起注意。

Surgical treatment of 36 cases of proximal comminuted fracture of tibia

Objective To discuss surgical treatment of proximal comminuted fracture of tibia.Methods Thirty-six cases of proximal comminuted fracture of tibia were treated with open reduction and internal fixation with steel plate,and primary internal injury in knee joint was performend.Results All cases were followed up for mean 24±12 months.Fracture was recovery and no complications occurred.Assessed by Lysholm knee joint function scoring system,28 prostheis case were rated as excellent,6 cases were good ,2 cases were fair.Conclusion Proximal comminuted fracture of tibia is mostly complicated with internal derangement of knee joint,which should be paid attention in clinical diagnosis and management.
