米非司酮配伍米索前列醇终止16～27周妊娠的临床分析

目的 :探索米非司酮配伍米索前列醇用于终止 16～ 2 7周妊娠的效果及安全性。方法 :以 61例妊娠 16～ 2 7周的健康孕妇 .要求终止妊娠者作为研究对象 ,给米非司酮 2 0 0 mg顿服 ,7:30 pm,36h后隔日晨 7:30 am,给米索前列醇 60 0 ug置阴道后穹窿 ,观察完全流产 ,不全流产 ,流产时间、产后出血及副作用情况。并取 61例常规用利凡诺羊膜腔注入引产作对照 ,两组胎儿娩出后均肌注催产素 10 Iu。结果 :研究组不全流产率及引产时间均低于对照组 ( P<0 .0 1,P<0 .0 1) ,两组引产成功率及产后出血无差异 ( P>0 .0 5,P>0 .0 5) ,研究组副反应轻 ,无需处理。结论 :米非司酮配伍米索前列醇用于终止 16～ 2 7周妊娠有效、安全。

Clinical analysis of Mifepristone in combination with Misoprostol for the termination of gestation for 16-27 weeks

Objective：To evaluate the effects and safety of Mifepristone in combination with Misopristol used for 16-27 weeks gestation．Method：The test was carried out on 61 healthy pregnancy women who accepted the termination of 16-27 weeks gestation．The 61 women，called the test group，were treated with Mifepristone 200 mg at 7：30 p．m． orally． After 36 hours （the day after the next day at 7：30 a．m．） Misoprostol 600ug was put into posterior farnix． Then，the complete abortion，imcomplete abortion，the time of abortion and the amout of bleeding were abserved．At the same time，the group of another 61 women，called the control group，were treated routinely with rivanol injection in aminiotion for the induced．Both the test group and the control group were injected in muscle with pitocin 10Iu after the parturition．Results：The rate of the incomplete abortion was lower than that of the control group，and the time of the abortion was shorter than that of the control group（P＜0．01，P＜0．01）．There were no significant differences between the two groups in the rate of succussful cases of abortion and the amount of bleeding after the parturition（P＞0．05，P＞0．05）．And there were fewest side effects on the test group．It wasnt necessary to deal with them．Conclusion：Mifepristone used for termination of gestation for 17-27 weeks is effective and safe．
