石墨炉原子吸收法测定聚丙烯药用滴眼剂瓶铝元素迁移量

摘    要:目的:建立石墨炉原子吸收法测定聚丙烯药用滴眼剂瓶铝元素迁移量,用以考察聚丙烯滴眼剂瓶的稳定性及安全性。方法:样品液直接用石墨炉原子吸收法测定。结果:标准曲线有较好的线性,相关系数为0.9964,加标回收率在93%~105%范围内。结论:本法重复性好、简便、迅速、可操作性强,可以作为评价聚丙烯滴眼剂瓶安全性的一项检测方法。

Abstract:Objective:To establish a method for determination of aluminum migrated from PP Bottle Eye Drops by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry,which can explore safety and stability of PP Bottle Eye Drops.Methods:Sample solutions were directly determined by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry.Results:A good linearity was obtained(r=0.996 4).The rates of recovery were between 93% and 105%.Conclusion:The method is easy and reliable to operate,which can apply exploration of safety of PP Bottle Eye Drops.
