彩色多普勒超声对早期肾病血流动力学的研究

摘    要:目的 探讨应用彩色多普勒超声研究早期肾病的肾脏血流动力学变化的价值。方法 应用彩色多普勒超声对3 1例早期肾病患者和对照组 3 0例正常人肾脏的各级肾动脉收缩期峰值血流速度 (PSV) ,舒张期末最低血流速度 (EDV )和血流阻力指数 (RI)进行检测比较。结果 早期肾病患者的叶间动脉的阻力指数为RI :0 .5 8± 0 .0 5、较正常对照组的阻力指数低 (RI :0 .62± 0 .0 5 ) ,肾主动脉和段动脉的RI测量结果无显著差异。结论 应用彩色多普勒超声检测肾脏叶间动脉可以提供肾病早期血流动力学的动态变化定量信息。

Abstract:Objective To study the renal hemodynamics in patients with renal disease in early stage by color Doppler flow imaging (CDFI). Methods The PSV,EDV and RI of the arteries of the kidneys in 30 normal and 31 patients were detected by color Doppler flow imaging. Results Compared with the normal's (RI:0.62±0.05),the RI (0.58±0.05) of the IRA in patients with the disease in early stage decreased, and that of the MRA and the SRA in the patients didn't change obviously. Conclusion CDFI is an effective technology for assessing the blood flow perfusion and hemodynamics of renal disease in early stage.
