右归饮对肾阳虚小鼠模型的实验研究

摘    要:目的:研究右归饮对小鼠肾阳虚模型的治疗作用。方法:将小鼠分为4组:正常组、模型组、治疗组高剂量组、治疗组低剂量组,除正常组外,其他组小鼠用醋酸泼尼松龙制备肾阳虚模型。正常组和模型组小鼠进行等体积的蒸馏水灌胃,而治疗组给予相应剂量的右归饮,持续2w。实验结束时,测算肾脏的脏器系数,同时测定血清中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、和丙二醛(MDA)含量。结果:与模型组相比,高剂量组动物脏器系数明显降低,血清中的SOD较明显升高,MDA含量显著降低。结论:右归饮对小鼠肾阳虚模型有一定的治疗作用。

Abstract:Objective To study therapeutic effect of Yougniyin on mouse with kidney-yang deficiency model. Methods Mice were divided into 4 groups: normal group, model group,high-dose treatment group, group, low dose treatment group, in addition to the normal group, other groups of mice with prednisolone acetate Preparation of kidney-yang deficiency model. Normal group and model group mice such as the vol- tune of distilled water orally, and the treatment group were given corresponding doses of Youguiyin sustained for 2w. At the end of the experi- ment, the measured kidney organ coefiicient, while serum superoxide dismutase (SOD) and malondialdehyde (MDA) content. Results Com- pared with model group, high-dose group animal organ coefficient significantly decreased , serum SOD significantly increased, MDA content lowered significantly. Conclusion Youguiyin has certain therapeutic effect. kidncy-yang deficiency model in mice
