右归饮对肾阳虚小鼠模型的实验研究

目的：研究右归饮对小鼠肾阳虚模型的治疗作用。方法：将小鼠分为4组：正常组、模型组、治疗组高剂量组、治疗组低剂量组，除正常组外，其他组小鼠用醋酸泼尼松龙制备肾阳虚模型。正常组和模型组小鼠进行等体积的蒸馏水灌胃，而治疗组给予相应剂量的右归饮，持续2w。实验结束时，测算肾脏的脏器系数，同时测定血清中超氧化物歧化酶（SOD）、和丙二醛（MDA）含量。结果：与模型组相比，高剂量组动物脏器系数明显降低，血清中的SOD较明显升高，MDA含量显著降低。结论：右归饮对小鼠肾阳虚模型有一定的治疗作用。

Experimental Study of Youguiyin on mouse model with kidney-yang deficiency

Objective To study therapeutic effect of Yougniyin on mouse with kidney-yang deficiency model. Methods Mice were divided into 4 groups： normal group, model group,high-dose treatment group, group, low dose treatment group, in addition to the normal group, other groups of mice with prednisolone acetate Preparation of kidney-yang deficiency model. At the end of the experi- ment, the measured kidney organ coefiicient, while serum superoxide dismutase （SOD） and malondialdehyde （MDA） content. Results Com- pared with model group, high-dose group animal organ coefficient significantly decreased , serum SOD significantly increased, MDA content lowered significantly.
