TD清洗消毒剂用于实验动物设施的效果

ＴＤ清洗消毒剂（有效成分为氯化磷酸三钠）是采用国外专利而试制成的一种为医院用及蔬菜、瓜果消毒用的新型含氯清洗消毒剂，对人畜无害。作者将它应用于实验动物设施消毒。结果表明，ＴＤ（重量）水（体积）为１２００时，可用作动物室空气、墙壁及动物笼盒的消毒；１１００可用作动物笼架和地面的消毒。对比试验表明，ＴＤ以１２００浓度用于动物笼盒消毒时，其效果与５％来苏尔及０．１％新洁尔灭相近（Ｐ＞０．０５）。

Disinfection Effects of TD Disinfectant on Laboratory Animal Facilities

TD disinfectant has been employed in hospital and used to clean and disinfect vegetables and fruits.It is harmless to both men and animals.The possibility of TD disinfectant to be used in laboratory animal facilities was studied.The results showed that TD could be used for the disinfection of animal cages,air,ceiling and walls of animal rooms at the concentration of 0.5% (W/V);1% TD was available for the disinfection of the floor and cage racks;The disinfection effect of 0.5% TD was similar to those of 5% lysol and 0.1% bromogeramine.These results suggest that TD disinfectant can be employed for the disinfection of laboratory animal facilities.
