数字荧光透视检出冠状动脉钙化与冠状动脉造影的对比研究

摘    要:目的 评价数字荧光透视检出冠状动脉钙化 (CAC)对诊断冠心病的价值。方法  114例患者于冠状动脉造影前经数字荧光透视检查 CAC,以冠状动脉造影存在 1支以上的管径狭窄≥ 5 0 %为诊断冠心病的标准。结果  114例患者中 ,冠心病患者 63例 ,无冠心病患者 5 1例。冠心病组 CAC阳性率明显高于造影无冠心病组 (71.4%对13 .7% ) ,P<0 .0 1;以数字荧光透视有无 CAC判断冠心病与冠状动脉造影对比 ,总符合率为 78.1% ;不同年龄、性别患者以及不同类型冠心病之间其符合率无明显差异 ,P>0 .0 5。结论 数字荧光透视检出 CAC简便易行 ,无创伤性 ,与冠状动脉造影对比符合率高 ,可广泛用于临床预测及诊断冠心病

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the value of coronary artery calcification (CAC) detected with digital fluoroscopy in the diagnosis of coronary artery disease(CAD). Methods One hundred and fourteen patients including 68 men and 46 women were studied. All patients underwent coronary angiography and digital fluoroscopy. CAD was defined as a stenosis of coronary artery of more than 50% in diameter in at least one branch. Results Of the 114 individuals, 63 were with CAD and 51 without CAD. The positive rate of CAC was much higher in patients with CAD compared with those without CAD (71.4% vs 13.7%, P <0.01), The accuracy for CAC to predict CAD was 78.1 %, and had no significantly difference between different age, sex and type of CAD, P >0.05. Conclusion Coronary artery calcium detected by digital fluoroscopy is an easy to conduct, noninvasive procedure, compared with angiography,it has higher accuracy and can be used to detect CAD.
