糖尿病患者胰岛素笔注射针头更换频次的分析

目的了解糖尿病患者胰岛素笔注射针头更换情况并进行分析,找出患者操作的误区。方法采用自行设计的胰岛素笔注射相关信息调查评价表对80例糖尿病患者进行评估,其中腹部注射区域皮肤状况由本科室糖尿病专业护士进行评估;根据患者重复使用针头频次进行分组,对不同更换频次患者的各项观察指标进行比较。结果胰岛素针头重复使用情况普遍,51.25%的患者腹部注射区域存在异常。不同更换频次两组间年龄、HbA1c、空腹血糖、餐后血糖差异均无统计学意义,使用胰岛素时间及腹部注射区域皮肤状况存在明显差别（P〈0.05）。结论糖尿病患者重复使用胰岛素注射针头现象严重,糖尿病教育有待进一步加强。

Analysis of Insulin Pen Syringe Needle Replacing Frequency in 80 Patients with Diabetes Mellitus

Objective To understand and analyse the situation of insulin pen syringe needle replacing frequency in patients with diabetes mellitus （ DM ）, find errors of operation. Methods 80 patients with DM were evaluated the situation of insulin pen injection by self-made questionnaires, DM specialty nurses evaluated the belly skin status of injection ; the cases were divided into two groups by insulin pen syringe needle replacing frequency, the different observation item was compared. Results Insulin syringe needle was used repeatedly commonly,51.25 % patients belly injection areas were abnormal. The differences of age, HbA1 c, FBS and PPBS between two groups had no significance, significant differences were found in insulin using time and local belly skin condition. Conclusion It is severe that DM patients used insulin syringe needle repeatedly,health education on DM should be enhanced.
