| 摘 要： | 目的调查某医院的护理人员对癌痛相关知识的认知及管理现状，以提出有效的癌痛管理对策。方法采用自行设计的癌痛认知状况调查表对本院130名护理人员进行调查。结果不同学历、职称、科室的护士对癌痛的认知状况不同；护士对癌痛管理的态度和行为较积极，但缺乏相关的知识与培训。结论建议开展多种形式的癌痛管理教育培训，充分发挥护士在癌痛管理中的作用。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the current knowledge and management of cancer pain among nurses in a hospital,so as to put forward effective measures for cancer pain management.Methods A total of 130 nursing staffs were investigated with self-designed questionnaire about cancer pain.Results Nurses with different academic backgrounds,technical titles,and of different departments had different levels of knowledge about cancer pain.The nurses had a positive attitude toward cancer pain management,but related knowledge and training are still needed.Conclusion Various training on cancer pain management should be carried out,so as to make a full play of the nurses in cancer pain management. |
