睾丸精原细胞瘤的超声诊断

目的 探讨二维及彩色多普勒超声显像在睾丸精原细胞瘤诊断中的价值。方法 分析30例经手术病理证实的睾丸精原细胞瘤的二维及彩色多普勒超声特征。结果本组30例，精原细胞瘤的超声诊断符合率为93％。声像图表现为外生肿块型7例，内生肿块型21例，弥漫浸润型2例。肿块内回声一般较均匀，边界清晰，血流丰富。结论 超声对睾丸精原细胞瘤的诊断符合率高，可为临床诊断及治疗提供可靠的信息，是诊断睾丸精原细胞瘤的有效方法之一。

Diagnosis of Ultrasound for Diagnosis of Testicular Seminoma

Objective To evaluate the value of ultrasonography in diagnosis of tesficular seminoma. Methods The sonographic characteristics in 30 cases with testicular seminoma confirmed by pathology were analyzed. Results All these patients were operated and confirmed by pathology. The accurate rate of ultrasound was 95%. The high-resolution color Doppler ultrasonographic showed endophysic growth was displayed in 21 cases, exophitic 87owth in 7 cases and type of diffused infiltration in 2 cases. Conclusion High frequency and color Doppler ultrasound have high diagnostic correlation rate for the testicular seminoma and can provide reliable information for the diagnosis and treatment of testicular seminoma. Utrasonography is one of the valid methods in diagnosing testicular seminoma.
