草木犀流浸液和迈之灵治疗脱垂性内痔PPH术后肛周水肿的临床对比观察

目的对比观察草木犀流浸液和迈之灵治疗脱垂性内痔吻合器痔上黏膜环切术（PPH）术后肛周水肿的临床效果。方法将97例Ⅲ度、Ⅳ度脱垂性内痔患者随机分为草木犀组33例、迈之灵组33例和对照组31例。3组均采用PPH治疗，术后第1天草木犀组和迈之灵组分别给予草木犀流浸液和迈之灵治疗，对照组未予以消肿治疗，其他治疗相同。连续用药7d，观察3组用药1、5、7d肛门水肿程度并评分。结果3组术后第1天肛门水肿程度评分差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05），而草木犀组和迈之灵组术后第5天和第7天肛门水肿的情况均明显好转，肛周水肿程度的评分均明显低于对照组，且草木犀组肛周水肿程度评分低于迈之灵组，差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论Ⅲ度、Ⅳ度脱垂性内痔患者PPH术后服用草木犀流浸液和迈之灵均能有效治疗肛门肿胀，而草木犀流浸液在术后早期疗效更佳。

Clinical comparative observation of melilotus extract and aescuven forte in perianal edema of patients with prolapsed internal hemorrhoids treated by procedure for prolapse and hemorrhoids

Objective To comparative observe the clinical efficacy of melilotus extract and aescuven forte in perianal edema of patients with prolapsed internal hemorrhoids treated by procedure for prolapse and hemorrhoids （PPH）. Methods 97 cases patients with prolapsed internal hemorrhoids （Ⅲ^0 .IV^0） were randomly divided into melilotus suavcolen group（33 ca ses）, aescuven forte group （33 cases） and control group（31 cases）. 3 groups were treated by（PPH）. On 1 th day after surgery, melilotus suavcolen group was treated by melilotus suavcolen, aescuven forte group was treated by aescuven forte, control group was not given treatment, other treatment were same. Continuous medication for 7days, On the lth,5th days and 7th days after surgery, observe the degree of perianal edema, score. Results The difference of perianal edema scores among 3 groups on 1 th day after surgery was no statistically significant（P 〉0.05）. On the 5th days and 7th days after surgery,the perianal edema scores of melilotus suavcolen group and aescuven forte group were better than that of control group, and the perianal edema scores of melilotus suavcolen group was lower than that of aescuven forte group,the difference was statistically significant（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Melilotus extract and aescuven forte can effectively treat the perianal edema of patients with prolapsed in- ternal hemorrhoids （ III^0, Ⅳ^0） treated by PPH The officaey of melilotus suavaolen group is better than that of aescuven forte group.
