心理护理对类风湿关节炎患者的影响

目的分析心理护理对类风湿性关节炎患者的影响。方法将52例类风湿性关节炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各26例。对照组给予常规护理,治疗组在此基础上给予针对性的心理护理。观察2组复发率及患者满意度。结果 2组均获随访0.5～2年,治疗组复发率低于对照组,满意度高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论对类风湿性关节炎患者进行心理护理,可降低致残率,提高患者的生活质量,缩短康复时间,值得临床推广应用。

The impact of psychological nursing on patients with rheumatoid arthritis

Objective To analyze the impact of psychological nursing on patients with rheumatoid arthritis. Methods 52 cases patients with rheumatoid arthritis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, each of 26 cases. Con-trol group were given conventional nursing, and treatment group, on the basis of that, were given targeted psychological nursing. Observed recurrence rate and patient satisfaction of 2 groups. Results Two groups were followed up for 0.5 to 2 years, the re- currence rate of treatment group were lower than that of control group, and patient satisfaction of treatment group were lower than that of control group, the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Psychological care for patients with rheumatoid arthritis, can reduce disability and improve the life quality of patients and shorten recovery time, worthy of clinical application.
