| 摘 要： | 目的观察正天丸与尼莫地平联合治疗偏头痛的疗效及不良反应。方法将我院门诊2009—2011年就诊的68例各型偏头痛患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各34例。对照组给予尼莫地平片治疗;治疗组在对照组治疗基础上给予正天丸口服治疗。治疗30d后,观察两组疗效。结果两组疗效比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论正天丸联合尼莫地平片口服治疗偏头痛疗效显著,且安全性高,值得临床上推广应用。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and adverse-events of Zhengtian pills and Nimodipine in the treatment of migraine.Methods Sixty-eight migraine patients were randomly divided into treatment group（34 cases） and control group（34 cases）.The control group were treated with nimodipine.Based on the use of nimodipine in the control,patients in the treatment group were additional treated with Zhengtian pills.Two groups of patients after 30d treatment compared with the clinical total effective rate of treatment.Results The treatment outcome in the treatment group compared with the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P 0.05）.Conclusion Zhengtian Pills combined with Nimodipine has significant effect for the treatment of migraine. |
