| 摘 要： | 目的探讨老年性白内障患者的围术期护理。方法2012年1-12月我院对老年性白内障手术患者187例行囊外白内障摘除术（ECCE），据情况联合人工晶体植入术（I0L）同时进行优质护理。观察护理效果。结果187例白内障患者均顺利完成手术，其中联合IOL植入术180例（96．3％），术后均恢复视力，视力0．2～0．8。结论对老年性白内障行ECCE联合IOL同时行围术期优质护理，可使患者顺利完成手术，提高视力，改善患者的生活质量。

| Abstract: | Objective Care to discuss of perioperative care in senile cataract patients. Methods 187 patients with senile cataract from January to December 2012 in our hospital, were treated by extracapsular cataract extraction（ECCE） and IOL implantation,at the same,given quality care. Observe the care efficacy. Results 187 cases patients with senial cataract patients were successfully opeared, 180 cases （95.3%）were treated by ECCE and IOL implantation. After surgery, recovery of visual acuity, visual acuity 0.2 - 0.8. Conclusion Senile cataract patients treated by ECCE and IOL,at the same time,given perioperative quality care,can ensure surgery completed successfully,improve the vision and the quality of life. |
