| 摘 要： | 目的探讨产后尿潴留患者的整体护理措施,以快速解除尿潴留。方法通过全面、系统地分析产后尿潴留发生因素,然后实施有针对性的整体护理措施,帮助产妇成功排尿。结果 43例产后尿潴留患者均成功排尿,未发生尿道感染、大出血等并发症。结论对产后尿潴留患者实施整体护理,不仅促进了产妇的早日康复,也同时提高了产科护理质量。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the postpartum urinary retention in patients with holistic nursing measures to quickly remove urinary retention.Methods We studied it through the comprehensive and systematic analysis of postpartum urinary retention driver,and then implement targeted holistic nursing measures to help mothers success urination.Results The 43 cases of postpartum urinary retention patients were successfully micturition,who did not occur urinary infection and complications such as hemorrhage.Conclusion The patients with postpartum urinary retention implementation were in holistic nursing care,It can not only promoted the maternity recover at an early date,but also improve the obstetric nursing quality at the same time. |
