我院门诊药房2009—2011年口服抗高血压药应用情况分析

目的分析该院门诊药房口服抗高血压药的应用现状和趋势。方法对该院2009—2011年口服抗高血压药的销售金额、用药频度（DDDs）与日均费用（DDC）进行统计、分析。结果该院口服抗高血压药主要有钙通道阻滞药（CCB）、血管紧张素Ⅱ受体拮抗药（ARB）、血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂（ACEI）、β-受体阻滞药（β-RB）、α-受体阻滞药（α-RB）、利尿药及其他类（血管扩张剂、复方制剂等）。2009—2011年，各类抗高血压药物的销售金额和DDDs均逐年增长，且销售金额和DDDs排名前四位的均为CCB、ARB、ACEI和β-RB。2009—2011年进入销售金额前15名的药物有17种，其中销售金额和DDDs排名居前三位的均为氨氯地平、厄贝沙坦和左旋氨氯地平。氯沙坦、替米沙坦和坎地沙坦酯DDC〉5元，其余药物DDC均〈4元。结论该院门诊药房口服抗高血压药使用较为合理，符合中国高血压防治指南的要求，疗效好、服用方便、不良反应小的药物是未来临床应用的方向。

Utilization analysis of oral anti-hypertensive drugs in outpatient pharmacy of our hospital from 2009-2011

Objective To analyze the current status and trend of oral anti-hypertensive drugs in outpatient pharmacy of our hospital from 2009 - 2011. Methods Analyzed the amount of sales, DDDs and average daily cost （DDC） in our hospi- tal from 2009 - 2011. Results The main oral anti-hypertensive drugs were calcium channel blockers （ CCB）, angiotensin Ⅱ receptor antagonist （ ARB ） , angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitors （ACEI） , β-blockers （ β-RB ） , α-blockers （ α-RB ） , diu- retics and other classes （ vasodilator, compound preparation, etc）. 2009 - 2011, the amount of sales and DDDs of all kinds of anti-hypertensive drugs were growing year by year,the top four amount of sales and DDDs were CCB, ARB, ACEI and 3-RB. 2009-2011,17 kinds of drugs had entered the top 15 sales amount, amount of sales and DDDs ranked the top three were amlo- dipine,irbesartan and amlodipine. Losartan, telmisartan and candesartan cilexetil DDC 〉 5 yuan, other drugs DDC 〈 4 yuan. Conclusion The application of oral antihypertensive drugs in outpatient pharmacy of our hospital are reasonable and consist-ent with the requirements of Chinese hypertension prevention guide, drugs of effective, easy to take and less side effects is the future direction of clinical applications.
