结合胸部X线片使用振动排痰机治疗老年肺部感染临床观察

目的观察结合胸部X线片使用振动排痰机治疗老年肺部感染患者的排痰效果。方法将60例老年肺部感染患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例。对照组采用传统方式，治疗组结合胸部X线片病变部位使用振动排痰机排痰，观察2组排痰前后7d的血氧饱和度（SaO2）、二氧化碳分压（PaCO2）、氧分压（PaO2）和前3d排痰量、7d后排痰量、呼吸音、胸部X线片变化情况。结果2组排痰后SaO2、PaCO2及PaO2均较排痰前改善，且治疗组优于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。治疗组前3d排痰量多于对照组，7d后排痰量少于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论结合胸部X线片使用振动排痰机可更好地改善老年肺部感染患者的呼吸功能，促进排痰，缩短病程，促进患者康复。

Clinical observation of C-XF combined with vibration sputum elimination machine in elderly patients with pulmonary infection

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of C-XF combined with vibration sputum elimination machine in elded patients with pulmonary infection. Methods 60 cases elderly patients with pulmonary infection were randomly divided into treantent group and control group,each of 30 cases. Control group adopted traditional method, Treatment group adopted C-XF combined with vibration sputum elimination machine. After treatment,observe the oxygen saturation（ SaO2 ） ,Partial pres- sure of carbon dioxide（ PaCO2 ）and the partial pressure of oxygen（ Pa02 ）7days before and after sputum excretion of 2 groups. Observe the oputum volume of the first 3 days after treatment and 7days after treatment, and observe the change of breathing and chest X-ray of 2 groups. Results All patients＇ level of SaO2 ,PaCO2 and PaO2 after sputum excretion were better than that before sputum excretion,and the level of treatment group was better than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant（P 〈0.05）. The sputum volume of the first 3 days of treatment group was more than that of control group,the sputum volume of 7days after t~Iment was less than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant（P 〈0. 01 ）. Conclu sion C-XF combined with vibration sputum elimination machine can effectively improved the respiratory function,promote ex nectoration.shorten the course of disease.promote the rehabilitation of elderly patients with pulmonary infection.
