桂枝茯苓丸加减治疗慢性盆腔炎的疗效观察

摘    要:目的观察桂枝茯苓丸加减治疗慢性盆腔炎的临床疗效。方法将84例慢性盆腔炎患者随机分为试验组和对照组各42例。试验组采用桂枝茯苓丸加减治疗,对照组予氨苄青霉素、甲硝唑治疗。观察2组临床疗效和复发情况。结果试验组总有效率为92.9%高于对照组的59.5%,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);随访0.5年,试验组复发率为4.8%低于对照组的28.6%,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论桂枝茯苓丸加减治疗慢性盆腔炎,效果显著,不良反应少,复发率低,值得临床推广应用。

Abstract:Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Guizhifuling pill in the modified treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease. Methods 84 cases patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease were randomly divided into experi-mental group and control group, each of 42 cases. Experimental group were given the modified treatment with Guizhi Fuling pills, and control group were treated with ampicillin metronidazole. Observed clinical efficacy and recurrence of two groups. Re- suits The total effective rate of experimental group (92.9%) was higher than that of control group (59.5%) , the difference was statistically significant ( P 〈 0.05 ) ; followed up for 0.5 year, The recurrence rate of experimental group (4.8 % ) was low-er than that of control group (28.6%), the difference was statistically significant (P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion The clinical effi-cacy of Guizhifuling pill in the modified treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease is significant, adverse reactions is less, recurrence rate is low, and worthy of clinical application.
