| 摘 要： | [目的]探索手法整复治疗旋后外旋型踝关节骨折的疗效。[方法]手法复位配合石膏外固定治疗Ⅲ°、Ⅳ°旋后外旋型踝部骨58例。[结果]总有效率93．10％。[结论]手法整复治疗Ⅲ°、Ⅳ°旋后外旋型踝部骨折疗效确切。

| Abstract: | [ Objective] to explore the whole complex treatment approach supination external rotation ankle fractures. [ Methods ] Manipulative reduction and external fixation with plaster treatment of Ⅲ, Ⅳ degree of supination external rotation type ankle bone 58 cases. Results： The total effective rate of 93.10%. [ Conclusion ] The restoration treatment practices Ⅲ, Ⅳ degree of supinafion external rotation type ankle fractures precise, is an effective method. |
