基本消灭疟疾地区血检对象和血检率的研究

江苏省赣榆县和张家港市是以中华接蚊为单一传播媒介的基本消灭疟疾地区，1992－1996年研究结果显示：5例当地病例均在临床初诊为典型疟疾的发热病人中检出，建议在这类地区当地居民可以二热病人为血检对象，维持一定的低血检率。59例输入病例均在三热病人中检出，建议外来流动人口可以三热病人为血检对象。

STUDY ON THE TARGET GROUP AND THE RATE FOR BLOOD EXAMINATION AREAS WHERE MALARIA HAD BEEN BASICALLY ELIMINATED

A five-year (1992-1996 ) study was carried out in Ganyu County and Zhangjiagang City,where An. sinensis ls the only vector for malaria transmission and malaria had been basically eliminated. The result showed that 5 local cases were reported and all of them were examined out from patients with typical malaria manifestations. Other 59 cases in mobile population were patients with clincal diagnosed malaria or suspected malaria or with unknown causes' fever. This study suggested that the target group for blood examination in local residents should be those patients with clincal typical malaria or suspected malaria,and the rate of blood examination could maintain a lower annual level. For mobile population, the target group should be patients with clinical typical malarla, or suspected malaria or unknown causes' fever.
