| 摘 要： | “以病人为中心”理念适应了医患关系和谐发展的需要,以病人为中心开展医院各项工作已成为卫生行业的共识.精神病人往往身受精神和躯体疾病的双重折磨,患者和家属都不堪重负,在精神专科医院开展以人为本,以病人为中心的一体化服务更显必要.该文总结宁波市精神病专科医院“以病人为中心”的一体化服务模式的探索经验.从简化就医程序、提高诊疗—护理—康复质量入手,提升服务质量,更好地为精神病人服务,解决了精神病人的看病难、看病贵,真正做到了以人为本,促进了社会和谐.
