| 摘 要： | 目的:评估《临安市结核病防治规划(2001-2010年)》实施情况,总结经验,分析存在的问题,为制定《临安市结核病防治规划(2011-2015年)》提供依据.方法:按卫生部《全国结核病防治规划(2001 -2010年)》终期评估方案、《浙江省结核病防治规划(2001-2010年)》终期评估方案,以自评为主,结合上级单位抽查及现场调研对评估结果进行复查.结果:临安市现代结核病控制策略(DOTS)覆盖率达到100％;发现涂阳肺结核病人1 317人,任务完成率109.8％;肺结核、疑似肺结核转诊总到位率96.25％；肺结核督导治疗覆盖率100％,治愈率90.51％.结论:临安市由政府领导、多部门合作和全社会参与的预防控制结核病可持续发展的有效机制已建立,实现了《临安市结核病防治规划(2001-2010年)》总体目标,但结防工作仍存在不少问题和困难亟待解决.
