| 摘 要： | 目的:评价眼底荧光血管造影 (FFA)对糖尿病视网膜病变 (DR)的诊断价值。方法:对 12 0例 型糖尿病患者 2 4 0眼进行检眼镜与 FFA检查 ,分析两种检查在 DR诊断及分期中的差异。结果:检眼镜下正常眼底的 78眼中 ,FFA发现非增殖型糖尿病视网膜病变 (NDR) 2 4眼 ,占 30 .77% ;检眼镜下所见 NDR139眼中 ,2 7眼 (19.4 2 % )经 FFA证实检眼镜对其病变程度估计不足。 结论 :FFA是早期诊断 DR的较好方法 ,能准确对 DR进行诊断及分期

| Abstract: | Objective: To assess diagnostic value of fundus fluorescein angiography (FFA) in diabetic retinopathy(DR). Methods: 240 eyes of 120 patients with DR were examined with ophthalmoscopy and FFA. The differences of diagnosis and classification of DR were analysied by using these two methods. Results: In 78 eyes with normal fundus under ophthalmoscopic examination, 24 eyes (30.77%) were found to have the signs of DR in FFA. In 139 eyes with nonproliferative diabetic retinopathy (NDR) under ophthalmoscopic examination, 27 eyes (19.42%) were verified that these eyes had more severe damage in FFA. It showed that DR cannot be sufficiently diagnosised and correct classified by ophthalmolscopic examination. Conclusion: FFA is better method in early diagnosis and classification of DR. |
