| 摘 要： | 目的:评价短期使用吸入型糖皮质激素-普米克(布地奈德)联用喘乐宁气雾剂(沙丁胺醇)的有效性和安全性.方法:88例未达到控制的支气管哮喘者接受吸入中等剂量普米克和喘乐订治疗,于治药前、治疗后1、3、6个月监测最高呼气流速(PEFR)值动态变化.结果:治疗后1、3、6个月PEFR有明显改善;上述剂量短期内使用安全可靠.结论:普米克联用喘乐宁治疗哮喘临床疗效显著、安全性好,是目前治疗哮喘的最佳方案之一.

| Abstract: | Objective to evaluate the effect and secarity of shortterm therapy to asthna with pulmicort combining ventolin.Methods 88 patients with bronchus asthma received middle-dose pulmicort and ventolin.The dynamic changes of peak experatory flow rate(PEER)were detected before therapy,the 1st month,3rd month and 6th month after therapy.Results the PEFR changed obyious in the 1st month,3rd month and 6th month after therapy,Conclusion It is effective and secure to theat asthma with pulmicort combining with ventolin for short-term therapy,which is one of the best methods for asthma therapy. |
