| 摘 要： | 目的：观察散结化瘀法治疗慢性盆腔炎的临床疗效。方法：将123例慢性盆腔炎患者随机分为2组，治疗组63例，口服散结化瘀基础方。对照组60例，用甲硝唑治疗。2组均20天为1疗程．连续治疗3疗程。结果：治疗组治愈51例，好转9例，无效3例，总有效率95．24％。对照组治愈37例，好转12例，无效11例，总有效率81，7％。2组比较，差异有显著性意义（P〈0.05）。结论：散结化瘀法治疗慢性盆腔炎疗效显著。
