创伤性睾丸脱位4例报告并相关文献复习

目的：探讨创伤性睾丸脱位的诊断和治疗。方法：总结4例创伤性睾丸脱位患者的诊治经验并复习相关文献。结果：3例手术复位，1例发生睾丸萎缩后切除患睾，其中3例延误诊治。随访1～2年复位睾丸位置、形态大小无明显改变。结论：创伤性睾丸脱位临床少见，易漏诊，故应详细询问病史并详细检查阴囊及睾丸，确诊后及时治疗。

Traumatic testicular dislocation in 4 cases report and literature review

Objective：To explore the diagnosis and treatment of traumatic testicular dislocation. Methods：Summary of 4 cases were treated by the experience of diagnosis and treatment of traumatic testicular dislocation patients and re-lated literatures were reviewed. Results：Three cases of surgical reset, 1 case of testicular atrophy after resection of bi-lateral testes. Among them 3 cases of delayed treatment. Followed up for 1 - 2 years reset testicular position,shape size has no obvious change. Conclusion：The disease is rare in clinical, easy to miss, so should ask for details of history and detailed examination of the scrotum and testicles. After diagnosis should be timely treatment.
