中国2013年免疫规划宣传活动分析

摘    要:目的了解各省(自治区、直辖市,未包括香港、澳门特别行政区和台湾地区,下同)2013年全国儿童预防接种日(National Children’s Immunization Day,NCID)和世界肝炎日(World Hepatitis Day,WHD)宣传活动开展情况,促进免疫规划宣传工作的发展。方法对各省NCID和WHD宣传活动开展问卷调查。结果国家级为NCID征集主题和口号,开展幼儿绘画作品征集活动;在WHD活动中,开展相关新闻报道、在线访谈和微访谈。在NCID和WHD宣传活动中,各省视频类宣传主要利用繁华区大型电子显示器滚动屏,分别为221 222次和13 866次;平面类宣传主要是横幅/标语/展板,分别为247 756次和74 718次;在宣传活动中现场设咨询点为主要方式,分别设42 527个和24 583个;电台广播和乡村广播亦是宣传活动的主要方式;分别下发2157万份和864万份宣传单。结论各省在NCID和WHD均开展形式多样的宣传活动,但免疫规划宣传缺乏部门协作,宣传形式单一。建议免疫规划宣传应统一规划,加强人员培训和及时开展效果评估。

Health Education and Promotion Campaigns on National Expanded Program for Immunization in 2013

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the health education and promotion campaigns of 2013 National Children' s Immunization Day (NCID) and World Hepatitis Day (WHD) in all provinces (autonomous regions, municipalities, not including Hong Kong Special Administrative Regions and Macao Special Administrative Regions, and Taiwan Sheng, the same as below) , and to promote immunization programs and communications work. Methods Information were collected from health education and promotion campaigns of 2013 NCID and WHD in all provinces by use of questionnaires. Results Many significant activities were organized by the relevant national authorities, such as development of communication themes and slogans, and collection of drawings by kindergarteners for NCID. News reports and online-and micro-interviews were also used for WHD. In both NCID and WHD campaigns, large electronic displays (LED) scrolling video messages publicity were mainly used in the downtowns of some provinces. The number of LED showings for the campaigns was 221,222 and 13,866, respectively. Ban- ners with slogans and exhibition boards were also used in the campaigns, as totals of 247,756 and 74, 718 for NCID and WHD, respectively, were produced. There were 42,527 and 24,583 immunization information desks for used in the two campaigns. Radio broadcasts were also used as a primary cam-paign method. 21.57 million and 8.64 million copies, leaflets were distributed for NCID and WHD respectively. Conclusions Each province conducted a variety of campaign activities for NCID and WHD. However, there are some limitations in immunization program communications efforts, for example, some lack of cooperationbetween departments, and use Of single communications methods. Suggestions campaigns include strengthening training of personnel and conducting timely assess for men roving future campaign effectiveness.
