化疗药物不良反应的护理干预

目的：观察常用化疗药物在临床应用中的不良反应及护理干预效果。方法：观察200例肿瘤患者应用化疗药物期间的不良反应，并针对其不良反应采取相应的护理措施。结果：护理干预后不良反应（消化系统、血液系统、皮肤反应、循环系统、泌尿系统、神经系统、免疫系统等）发生率明显降低，程度明显减轻。结论：采取合理、有效、及时的护理干预，可预防及减轻患者化疗药物引起的不良反应，从而能保证治疗顺利进行，减轻患者的痛苦，提高患者的生活质量，延长患者的生存时间。

The nursing intervention of adverse reactions of chemotherapy drug nursing

Objective：To explore the adverse reaction of commonly used chemotherapy drugs in clinical application, and give nursing intervention. Methods：To observe adverse reaction of 200 cases of cancer patients during the use of chemotherapy drug, and according to its adverse reactions, it takes corresponding nursing measures. Results：The ad- verse reactions rate after nursing intervention （digestive system, blood system, circulatory system, urinary system, skin reaction,nervous system,immune system,etc. ） obviously decreased. Conclusion： It can prevent and reduce side effects because of chemotherapy drugs, when taking reasonable and effective and timely nursing intervention. So it can guaran- tee treatment smoothly,reduce the pain of patients,improve the quality of life of patients and prolong survival time of patients.
