地佐辛与舒芬太尼用于直肠癌根治术后镇痛效果比较

目的:比较地佐辛与舒芬太尼用于直肠癌根治术后的镇痛效果。方法:将60例直肠癌根治手术患者随机分为两组,D组予地佐辛0.7 mg/kg加生理盐水至60 mL,S组予舒芬太尼1.5μg/kg加生理盐水至60 mL,行静脉镇痛(PCA)治疗。采用疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)和Ramsay镇静评分评估患者疼痛程度和镇静情况,同时记录不良反应的发生情况。结果:两组镇痛评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),D组镇静评分与不良反应发生率低于S组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:地佐辛可以安全有效地用于直肠癌术后镇痛。

Comparison of intravenous analgesia with dezocine and sufentanil after radical resection of rectal cancer

Objective：To compare the efficacy of dezocine and sufentanil in patient intravenous analgesia after radical resection of rectal cancer. Methods：Sixty patients arranged for radical resection of rectal cancer were randomly divided into dezocine group（group D）and sufentanil group（group S）. After operation two groups were respectively given by intravenous injection（PCA）were decozine 0. 7 mg/ kg（group D）and sufentanil 1. 5 μg/ kg（group S）which were diluted to 60 mL by Visual Analogue Scale（VAS）and Ramsay scores after operation and adverse effects were recorded and compared. Results：There was no significant difference in the VAS scores（P ﹥ 0. 05）. The Ramsay scores and adverse effects in group D were significantly lower than those in group S（P ﹤ 0. 05）. Conclusion：The postoperative analgesia with dezocine can serve as a safe and effective method of analgesia in patient of radical rectal cancer.
