| 摘 要： | 目的总结Vimentin CD117 CD34在GIST的表达,分析表达结果的诊断意义.方法选取76例GIST,标记Vimentin CD117 CD34抗体.结果Vimentin染色均阳性,CD117染色75例阳性,CD34染色52例阳性.结论Vimentin CD117 CD34对GIST特异性表达,对GIST具有诊断意义.

| Abstract: | Objective: To characterize the expression of vimentin , CD117 and CD34 in gastrointestinal stromal tumor (GIST). Methods: 76 GIST were selected to determine the vimentin, CD117 and CD34 antibody. Re sults: Vimentin showed a positive in all GIST; 75 of 76 cases showed CD117 positive; 52 cases showed CD34 positive.Conclusion: That vimentin, CD117 and CD34 have a special expression in GIST is useful for differential diag nosis of GIST. |
