摘    要:目的建立微波消解原子荧光光谱测定罐头食品中锡的分析方法。方法样品经微波消解,用原子荧光光谱法选择最佳的仪器条件和测定条件,进行锡含量的测定。结果在最佳条件下,锡含量在0—100μg/L范围内线性良好,相关系数为0.9997,相对标准偏差为1.87%-2.39%,回收率为93.7%-97.4%。结论用该法测定罐头食品中锡含量,操作简便,快速、干扰少,结果准确可靠。

Abstract: Objective ] To establish a analytical method of microwave digest atomic fluorescent spectrometry for the determination of tin in canned food. Methods] Samples were digested with microwave and determined for the concentration of tin by atomic fluores- cent spectrometry in the best condition of both apparatus and determination. Results ] Under the best condition, the tin concentration demonstrated a good linear relationship within the range of 0 - 100 μg/L, the correlative coefficient was 0.9997, the RSD was 1.87% - 2.39%, and recovery rate was 93.7% - 97.4%. Conclusion] This method for determining the concentration of tin in canned food is simple, rapid, accurate and reliable with little interference.
