摘    要:目的建立染料木素和大豆苷原的薄层扫描测定方法。方法薄层色谱条件是:吸附剂:聚酰胺-6薄膜,展开剂:苯-丁酮-甲醇(3∶1∶0.5),结果染料木素和大豆苷原均在250nm处有最大吸收,本法线性关系良好(染料木素:r=0.9993;大豆苷原:r=0.9995)。染料木素的平均回收率98.52%(n=5);大豆苷原的平均回收率99.45%(n=5)。结论方法简便,准确,重现性好,可用于测定染料木素和大豆苷原的含量。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To establish a TLC scanning(TLCS)method for determination of genistein and daidzein.METHODS The conditions of the TLC were as follow:The absorber was Polyamide-6 diaphragm.The mobile phase was benzene-butanone-ethanol(3∶1∶0.5).RESULTS Genistein and daidzein had the max absorption in 250nm and the method has a good linear dependence(Genistein:r=0.9993;daidzein: r=0.9995).The average recovery was 98.52%,RSD=1.90%(genistein;n=5) and 99.45%,RSD=2.49%(daidzein,n=5).CONCLUSION The method was convenient,correct,reliable and suitable for determination of genistein and daidzein.
