氢溴酸右美沙芬对实验性咳嗽的镇咳作用

目的：研究氢溴酸右美沙芬对实验性咳嗽的镇咳作用。方法：化学品引咳法，电刺激引咳法。结果：氢溴酸右美沙芬１０ｍｇ／ｋｇ和２０ｍｇ／ｋｇ给小白鼠灌胃能有效地抑制氨水所致小鼠咳嗽的次数和延长潜伏期；５．５ｍｇ／ｋｇ和１１ｍｇ／ｋｇ给豚鼠灌胃给药对丙烯醛所致咳嗽有明显镇咳作用；３．２ｍｇ／ｋｇ和６．４ｍｇ／ｋｇ给豚鼠腹腔注射，对电刺激引起的咳嗽有明显镇咳作用。咳嗽次数减少率大于５０％，抑制率分别为５９．０２％和６３．９４％。结论：氢溴酸右美沙芬对多种实验方法引起的咳嗽有明显的镇咳作用。

The Antitussive Action of Dextromethorphan Hydrobromide on Trial Cough

Objective:This paper was to investigate the antitussive action of Dextromethorphan Hydrobromide on trial cough in animals. Methods: We used chemicals and electric stimulation to induce cough. Results: 10 mg/kg and 20 mg/kg of Dextromethorphan Hydrobromide i.g. could effectively decrease the times of cough in mice induced by ammonia water and prolong the latent period. 5.5 mg/kg and 11 mg/kg of Dextromethorphan Hydrobromide i.g. exerted obvious antitussive action on the cough in guinea pigs induced by acrylaldehyde. 3.2 mg/kg and 6.4 mg/kg of Dextromethorphan Hydrobromide i.p. also showed obvious antitussive action on the cough in guinea pigs induced by electric stimulation. The reduced rate of coughing times was more than 50% and the inhibitory rate for ammonia water induced cough in mice and acrylaldehyde induced in guinea pigs was 63.94% and 59.02% respectively. Conclusions:Dextromethorphan Hydrobromide exerted obvious antitussive action on the cough induced by various trials.
