| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨心肌肌钙蛋白I和T在儿童病毒性心肌炎的诊断和预测预后的作用。方法：4l例心肌炎患儿在治疗前及治疗3周后测血清cTnI和cTnT。结果：心肌炎患儿治疗前血清cTnI和cTnT高于对照组，治疗3周后均有不同程度下降．伴心力衰竭者下降程度小。结论：血清cTnI和cTnT是心肌细胞损伤极敏感的指标．是诊断和预测心肌炎较好的指标。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate serum cTn I and T in order to explore their roles in diagnosis and prognosis of children viral myocarditis. Methods Serum cTn I and T were detected before treatment and 3 weeks after treatment. Results Before treatment, the activity of cTn I and T in viral myocarditis was higher than that in control group. Three weeks after treatment, the activity was decreased in different degree, and decreased slightly in patients with heart failure. Conclusion It is suggested that serum cTn I and T be the sensitive markers in the diagnosis and prognosis of viral myocarditis. |
