Blutspiegel,Ausscheidung und transtubulärer Rücktransport von Fructose während Dauerinfusion

Zusammenfassung Bei insgesamt 16 Versuchspersonen, 9 Frauen und 7 Männern im Alter von 16–30 Jahren, wurden bei intravenöser Dauerinfusion von Fructose (Lävulose) der Blutspiegel, die Ausscheidungsschwelle, die Clearance und der tubuläre Rücktransport untersucht.1. Die Blutwerte nach zweistündiger Dauerinfusion von insgesamt 170–225 g Fructose waren höher als die bisher berichteten und schwankten zwischen 140 und 217 mg-%.2. Ein Schwellenwert für Fructose konnte nicht nachgewiesen werden.3. Die Fructose-Clearance betrug 62,4 cm³/min, im Mittel von 20 Perioden.4. Als tubuläres Transportmaximum wurde bei 10 Versuchspersonen ein Mittelwert von 113,1 mg/min gefunden.

Summary Intravenous infusion of fructose (Laevulose) was made with 16 subjects, 7 male, 9 female, aged between 16 and 30 years. The blood level, the renal threshold and clearance, and the renal tubular transport (reabsorption) for this substance was measured.1. The blood levels after constant infusion of 170–225 g of fructose within two hours were 140–217 mg/100 ccm, these values being higher than those so far reported in the literature.2. There was no evidence for a renal threshold value for fructose.3. The clearance of fructose was 62,4 ccm/min (mean of 20 clearance-periodes).4. The mean value of the maximal tubular transport (reabsorption) of fructose was 113,1 mg/min measured with 10 subjects.
