| 摘 要： | 目的探讨微创经皮肾穿刺输尿管镜取石术并发出血的原因及防治措施。方法回顾分析19例多发性肾结石行微创经皮肾穿刺取石术出血的临床资料,其中双侧肾结石8例,单侧9例,同侧肾结石并输尿管结石2例。结果术中出血17例,12例经压迫、止血后继续碎石取石,5例因出血终止手术,其中2例行选择性肾血管栓塞止血,1周后二期手术取石。3例经保守治疗后出血停止,术后1周二期手术取石2例,术后1月行ESW L 1例。术后出血2例,经保守治疗治愈。结论作好充分的术前准备,提高手术技巧,加强术后护理及抗感染,是减少经皮肾穿刺取石出血并发症的关键。
