江门地区职业女性感染高危型人乳头瘤病毒的调查

目的:了解江门地区职业女性高危型人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)的感染状况,为宫颈癌防治提供理论依据。方法:2008年10月～2009年10月期间,采取高危型HPV病毒基因多重荧光PCR检测技术对江门地区1 300名职业女性进行免费检查,并对高危型HPV感染者的年龄阶段、取材生理周期、宫颈情况进行分析。结果:1 300名女性共检出高危型HPV阳性者103例,平均年龄为(39±9)岁,感染率为7.92%;其中20岁～、31岁～、46岁～、61岁～年龄组间,31岁～年龄组的感染率最高9.50%(67/705),它们之间的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);宫颈情况方面,发生Ⅲ度宫颈糜烂者感染率最高31.58%(12/38),它们之间的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);高危性HPV感染者取材生理周期的分布中,黄体期、排卵期、卵泡期和绝经期之间的差异没有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:江门地区职业女性高危型HPV感染率相对较低,高危型HPV的感染与年龄阶段、宫颈糜烂程度密切相关,应该积极开展高危型HPV的筛查工作,有效降低该人群宫颈癌的发生率和致死率。

Investigation on high risk human papillomavirus infection among professional women in Jiangmen area

Objective:To understand the status of high risk human papillomavirus(HPV) infection among professional women in Jiangmen area,provide a theoretical basis for prevention and treatment of cervical cancer.Methods:From October 2008 to October 2009,multiple fluorescence detection technique was used to detect high risk HPV gene freely among 1 300 professional women in Jiangmen area,the age,menstrual cycle of drawing materials,and cervical status of the women with high risk HPV infection were analyzed.Results:Among 1 300 professional women,103 women were found with positive risk risk HPV,the mean age was(39±9) years,the infection rate was 7.92%.The infection rate of 31-year-old age group was the highest,which reached as high as 9.50%(67/705),there was significant difference in the infection rate among different age groups(P<0.05).In terms of cervical situations,the infection rate among the women with cervical intraepithelial neoplasm(CIN) Ⅲ was the highest(31.58%,12/38),there was significant difference in the infection rate among the women with different cervical lesions(P<0.05).Among different menstrual cycles for drawing materials,there was no significant difference in the infection rate among luteal phase,ovulatory period,follicular phase,and menopausal period(P>0.05).Conclusion:The infection rate of high risk HPV among the professional women in Jiangmen area was relatively low,high risk HPV infection was correlated with age and the degrees of cervical lesions.Carrying out high risk HPV screening actively may reduce the incidence of cervical cancer and fatality rate among the professional women effectively.
