唾液酸酶法诊断细菌性阴道病的临床应用

目的:探讨唾液酸酶法检测细菌性阴道病(bacterial vaginosis,BV)的临床应用价值。方法:收集阴道分泌物标本共300份,同时采用传统的Amsel标准和唾液酸酶法对阴道分泌物进行BV检测。结果:在300份阴道分泌物标本中,用唾液酸酶法检出BV阳性的标本是33例,阳性率为11.0%(33/300);Amsel标准检出24例,阳性率为8.0%(24/300);两种方法阳性率比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:在BV的诊断过程中,唾液酸酶法与Amsel标准具有很高的一致性,而且具有简单、快速、结果易判读,特异性强,设备简单,可批量操作等优点,适用于门诊患者作为细菌性阴道病筛查和和治疗效果的监测,为临床医生对相关疾病进行诊断和治疗提供了快速、准确的实验室检查结果。

The clinical application of Sialidase in the diagnose of bacterial vaginosis

Objective:To study the clinical application value of Sialidase in the diagnose of bacterial vaginosis(BV).Methods: All 300 specimens of the vaginal secretion were collected and detected by Amsel criteria and Sialidase.Results:In 300 vaginal specimens,33 specimens(11.0%) were BV positive by Sialidase,24 specimens(8.0%) were BV positive by Amsel criteria,the difference of the positive rates between the two method were not significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:In the process of diagnosis of BV,there was high consistency between Sialidase and Amsel criteria,and they are simple,rapid and easy,and can batch operation.It can be used to detect the effect of screening and treatment of BV in clinic,and can provide fast and accurate laboratory test results for diagnose and treatment of diseases associated.
