乌鲁木齐市维、汉族3～6岁儿童感觉统合失调调查及影响因素分析

目的:调查分析乌鲁木齐市3～6岁维、汉族儿童感统失调的现况及影响因素。方法:采用分级整群抽样方法,以"儿童感觉统合能力发展评定量表"和自拟问卷调查乌鲁木齐市城区2 231例3～6岁智力正常的维、汉族儿童。结果:乌鲁木齐市幼儿的轻、重度感统失调率分别为22.5%和6.8%,总发生率为23.4%,维、汉族幼儿感统失调率轻度和重度分别为21.87%、6.4%和23.15%、7.2%;年龄与民族分布总体无显著性差异,但听觉识别和触觉差异显著(P<0.05);喂养方式、养育态度和母亲文化程度方面维、汉族有显著差异。结论:感统失调的发生是多因素相互作用的结果。乌鲁木齐市3～6岁维、汉族儿童感统失调率在国内报道中属于中等偏低水平。

Sensory integrative dysfunction investigation and analysis on the influencing factors among 3-6-year-old children of Uyghur nationality and Han nationality in Urumchi

Objective:To investigate and analyze the current situation and influencing factors of sensory integrative dysfunction(SID) among 3-6-year-old children of Uyghur nationality and Han nationality in Urumchi.Methods:Hierarchical cluster sampling method was used in the study," child sensory integrative ability development rating scale" and a self-designed questionnaire were used to survey 2 231 3-6-year-old children of Uyghur nationality and Han nationality with normal intelligence in urban area of Urumchi.Results:The incidences of mild and severe SID were 22.5% and 6.8%,the total incidence was 23.4%;the incidences of mild and severe SID among the children of Uyghur nationality and Han nationality were 21.87%,6.4% and 23.15%,7.2%,respectively;there was no significant difference in age and distribution of nationality,but there was significant difference in audio identity and touch(P<0.05);there was significant difference in feeding patterns,raising attitude,and educational level of mothers between the children of Uyghur nationality and Han nationality.Conclusion:SID can be induced by interaction of multiple factors;the incidences of SID among the children of Uyghur nationality and Han nationality are low among reports at home.
