我国托幼机构保健室设立与设施配备情况的现状分析

目的:了解全国托幼机构保健室现状,加强保健室规范管理。方法:用信函调查方法,对31个省(自治区、直辖市)8 966所托幼机构进行调查。结果:我国托幼机构保健室设立率仅为47.5%,省市级、县级、乡级、村级托幼机构保健室设立率逐渐降低,不同类别托幼机构的保健室设立率差异有统计学意义;保健设施的配备率不容乐观,东部、中部、西部地区的各项保健设施配备率的差异有统计学意义,保健设施配备率都为东部地区稍高,西部地区最低。结论:我国托幼机构保健室设立及其设施的配备与《托儿所、幼儿园卫生保健管理办法》的要求存在差距,要重视村级园、私人办园及中西部地区托幼机构保健室设立及保健设施配备工作。

Analysis on the current situation of establishment and equipments allocation of health rooms in kindergartens in China

Objective:To understand the current situation of health rooms in kindergartens in China,enhance standardized management. Methods:A total of 8 966 kindergartens in 31 provinces(autonomous regions,municipalities directly under the central government) were surveyed by correspondent method. Results:Only 47.5% of the kindergartens had health rooms,and the proportions decreased gradually from kindergartens at province and city level,county level to the kindergartens at township level,village level,there was significant difference in the proportion among the kindergartens at different levels;the rate of equipments allocation was not optimistic,there was significant difference in the rate of equipments allocation among the kindergartens in eastern area,middle area,and western area;the rate of equipments allocation was high in eastern area,while in western area,the rate was the lowest. Conclusion:There is gap between the establishment and equipments allocation of health rooms in kindergartens and the demands of management methods of kindergartens health care,more attention should be paid to the establishment and equipments allocation of health rooms in kindergartens at village level,private kindergartens,and kindergartens in middle area and western area.
