Survivin、Bcl-2、PCNA在乳腺癌中的表达及其临床意义的研究

目的:探讨Survivin、Bcl-2、PCNA在乳腺癌中的表达及临床意义。方法:应用免疫组织化学方法,检测60例乳腺癌Survivin、Bcl-2、PCNA的表达,分析其相关性。结果:Survivin、Bcl-2、PCNA在乳腺癌中表达阳性率分别为70.00%(42/60)、66.67%(40/60)和71.67%(43/60)。Survivin表达与年龄、组织学分级无显著相关(P>0.05),与淋巴结转移呈显著相关(P<0.05);Bcl-2表达与年龄无显著相关(P>0.05),与组织学分级、淋巴结转移呈显著相关(P<0.05);PCNA与Survivin、Bcl-2之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:Survivin、Bcl-2的表达与乳腺癌的各临床病理指标密切相关,可能是判断其预后的重要指标,但与临床、病理和预后等各参数的内在联系有待进一步研究。

Study on the expressions and clinical significances of Survivin,Bcl-2,and PCNA in breast cancer

Objective:To explore the expressions and clinical significances of Survivin,Bcl-2,and PCNA in breast cancer. Methods:Immunohistochemical method was applied to detect the expression rates of Survivin,Bcl-2,and PCNA in 60 cases with breast cancer,then the correlation was analyzed. Results:The positive expression rates of Survivin,Bcl-2,and PCNA in breast cancer were 70.00%(42/60),66.67%(40/60),and 71.67%(43/60),respectively.There was no significant correlation between Survivin expression and age,histological grade(P>0.05),but Survivin expression was significantly correlated with lymph node metastasis(P<0.05).There was no significant correlation between Bcl-2 expression and age(P>0.05),but Bcl-2 expression was significantly correlated with histological grade and lymph node metastasis(P<0.05).There was significant correlation between PCNA expression and Survivin expression,Bcl-2 expression(P<0.05). Conclusion:The expressions of Survivin and Bcl-2 are related to clinicopathological characteristics of breast cancer closely,which may be important indexes to predict the prognosis,but the internal relationship with clinical parameters,pathological parameters,and prognostic parameters needs further studies.
